Blockchain was supposed to fix this by creating a shared source of truth. The fix works, but only if someone reconciles the data. Putting records on-chain does not make them agree. You still need a system that retrieves records from multiple parties, applies verification rules, and produces a single result that everyone can rely on.

The breadth of the opportunity
